Julie L. Padilla, CPA
Julie Padilla is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Padilla has over 20 years experience in the accounting profession with concentration in tax return preparation, consultation and representation, and is most knowledgeable in computer programs and applications. She is active in North Medford Rotary Club as Treasurer and serves as the Treasurer of the Talent, OR Chamber of Commerce.
Julie is licensed as a CPA in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Glenn Cunningham, MBA, CPA
Glenn’s work draws on 25 years business experience, most recently as the general manager of a high-volume, strategic business unit of a Fortune 500 company, and combines business consulting, accounting and tax services with wealth planning for high net worth individuals and private and family-owned companies. He is experienced in tax planning, risk analysis, strategic planning and financial modeling.
Before entering public accounting in 2005 his professional career was focused on general business management and included senior executive positions at Amazon.com,

; and American Greetings, Cleveland.
Cunningham has served as adjunct faculty in the
School

Business
at Southern Oregon University.
Glenn holds an MBA from

He is on the board of Oregon Stage Works, is a member of the Ashland Rotary Club, has served on the board, and as treasurer, of Seattle Arts & Lectures, acted as a teaching volunteer with Junior Achievement and has provided no-cost tax assistance through the United Way.
Glenn is licensed as a CPA in Washington and Oregon, is a member of the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon and Washington CPA Societies, the Oregon Association of Tax Consultants and the Estate Planning Council of Southern Oregon.
Richard A. Nagel, CPA
Rick Nagel is semi-retired and works from February through April, during the busy season.
Nagel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and California.
Prior to the formation of Nagel & Padilla, Rick practiced in his own CPA firm in Ashland, Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to that, Rick worked primarily in the Los Angeles area with various CPA firms and was president of a real estate development company. He was employed by Wells Fargo Realty Services for a period of twelve years serving in his last position with them as senior vice-president and chief operating officer. Rick also taught at Southern Oregon University and the Oregon College of Business.
Rick, along with his wife Yolanda, is most active in community involvement in Ashland and the Rogue Valley. He currently serves on the boards of directors of the Phoenix-Talent School District and On-Track (non-profit organization dealing with alcohol, drug and other problems for youth and adults). Rick is a member of Ashland Rotary and served twice as President of the Ashland Chamber of Commerce.
Rick is known as not just a numbers and tax man (albeit a good one), but a people-person as well.
Yolanda Nagel, LTP
Yolanda is a licensed tax preparer and, though semi-retired with her husband Rick, works from February through April, during the busy season.
Nagel is a member of Soroptomist of Ashland and has served as president twice.
